NovoCare

Those approved for the Patient Assistance Program (PAP) through Novocare may be able to get free diabetes medication. To qualify you must be a US citizen or legal resident and have a total income at or below 400% of the federal poverty level. The GoodRx

GoodRx allows you to compare the price of different medications and provides you with free coupons for common meds. The coupons can be used at certain drugstores and can really help reduce the cost. For example, a 30-supply of Amlodipine at Safeway drops from $40 to $9 with their coupons. Similarly, a 30-day apply of metformin at Rite Aid drops from $70 to $20. This is a database of prescription assistance programs, low-cost clinics and diagnosis-based assistance programs. You can filter by zip code/ location and diagnosis. There is also a COVID-19 database available!
