Jack Feng is chief executive officer at iHealth Labs, nationally recognized for its orange-box COVID-19 tests, and a leading provider of AI-enhanced digital health solutions.
Jack joined the company as chief operating officer in 2019 and was named CEO in 2022. Before iHealth Labs, he was co-founder and chief technology officer at Wandou Labs, a mobile app marketplace and search engine which received over $100 million USD in funding from Softbank, from 2009 until 2016 when it was acquired by Alibaba. Earlier in his career, Jack worked as a software engineer at Nokia Siemens from 2007-2009 and Alcatel Lucent from 2005-2007. Jack earned a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
Throughout his career, Jack has been guided by a passion for technological innovation, and is particularly interested in applications that positively impact the delivery of quality healthcare and the management of chronic diseases – which is what led him to iHealth.

2010
Founded in 2010, iHealth collaborated with Apple to develop and launch the world’s first smartphone-connected blood pressure monitor for iOS devices in 2011.
2012
iHealth expanded its range of cloud-connected product offerings and emerged as a leading provider of personal & enterprise IoT digital health solutions that enhance both personal health monitoring and chronic disease management.
2018
iHealth recognized the potential for remote patient monitoring technology to simplify chronic care management and greatly improve outcomes for diabetes and hypertension patients. This led iHealth to establish its Unified Care program in 2018.
2020
During the COVID-19 pandemic, iHealth set many records: with over 3 million no-touch thermometers sold, 1 billion COVID-19 testing kits supplied, and $10 million of PPE and test kits donated to over 300 medical centers, hospitals, and clinics across the country.
2024
Today, the iHealth brand is widely recognized, with products available across the US. We are continuously expanding our product offerings and services. Unified Care is now serving nearly 20,000 patients in Sacramento and the Bay Area - improving care quality and patient outcomes while reducing healthcare costs.
