Think you don’t have time to exercise? Think again! Those short commercial breaks during your favorite shows are perfect for squeezing in a quick workout. Just a few minutes at a time can add up to better strength, balance, and energy.

Here are 3 simple mini workouts you can do—no equipment needed:

March in Place

Stand up and march in place, lifting your knees comfortably high. Feeling extra energetic? Add some arm movements too—when you lift your left leg, raise your right arm, and vice versa.
Benefits: Boosts heart rate, warms up muscles.

Chair Squat

Use a sturdy chair. Sit down, then stand up without using your hands. Try to see how many reps you can do before the commercial ends!
Benefits: Strengthens legs, improves balance, supports joint health.

Wall Push-Ups

Stand facing a wall. Place your hands shoulder-width apart and slowly lower yourself toward the wall, then push back.
Benefits: Works arms, chest, and shoulders without floor exercises.

Small Moves, Big Results

Even a few minutes of movement here and there helps break up long periods of sitting and supports better blood sugar control, blood pressure, and weight management.

Next time a commercial break comes on—get moving!
