Store-bought creamers often contain added sugars, preservatives, and artificial ingredients. This homemade version uses natural ingredients and gives you control over sweetness and flavor. Plus, it's dairy-free and vegan-friendly!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup canned coconut milk (for creaminess)
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla, almond, peppermint, or hazelnut extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional, for flavor)

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, whisk together almond milk, coconut milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
  2. Heat: Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
